Challonsleigh Recycling Facility
Our South West recycling facility is a three acre site located in a secluded part of the South Hams district on the outskirts of Plymouth. It is ideally situated to take and deliver aggregate materials in and out of the city of Plymouth as well as the Exeter corridor to the north and into Cornwall to the south.
At Challonsleigh we crush and screen a multitude of secondary aggregates to make usable and desirable products which are quality assured, certificated and comply with ‘WRAP’ protocols. These products include;

- Trench fill
- Pipe bedding
- MOT Type 1
- 6F5
- Crusher run
- 75mm (no fines)
- 40mm (no fines)
- 20mm (no fines)
- Top soils
Challonsleigh is operated on an Environment Agency Permit No. 102530 with full planning permission granted by Devon County Council.
The facility is open to account holders who would wish to take advantage of our facility to accept all inert and clean excavation and demolition stone and concrete aggregate materials as well as purchase of the above processed products.
